Julie was born and raised in San Diego, CA. She discovered Yoga while working in the corporate world. Ten years into her job, she was burnt out and looking for something more meaningful.

She started practicing at a yoga studio near work, and it didn't take long for her to realize her purpose was to become a Yoga teacher to help others.

She completed her teacher training in 2010, and didn't stop there. She loves teaching Yoga and learning more and more genres. She is so excited that her journey has brought her to Slidell and lead her to Blue Arrow Yoga.
