Whether you're brand new to yoga, working with specific physical needs, or looking to refine your alignment and flow, we will guide you through a session designed to support your goals. This is your time to move mindfully, breathe deeply, and receive guidance and instruction in a quiet, supportive space.
Spaces is limited to 1-2 students per class. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat if you have one. Props provided. All levels welcome.
