New to Yoga? Start here. This welcoming 90-minute beginner workshop is designed to help you feel comfortable, confident, and supported as you begin your Yoga journey. More than a traditional class, this experience blends gentle movement with clear instruction, giving you time to learn foundational poses, breathing techniques, alignment, and common Yoga terminology in an encouraging, judgment-free environment.
You’ll be guided through a beginner-friendly flow while also pausing to explore proper form, simple modifications, transitions, and the “why” behind the practice. Learn how to move safely, listen to your body, and build a foundation that helps you feel more confident stepping into future classes. Questions are always welcome, and no experience or flexibility is required.
