Being a small local business, it is extremely difficult for us to issue refunds, and so our official policy is a no-refund one. However, we do realize that unavoidable situations occur, and sometimes a cancellation is needed. In these cases, we gladly offer store credit to use at a later date. The payment will be reversed and the refund will be issued within 3 business days.
